In house telephone maintenance support to resolve any faults arising with your satellite equipment; Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 7pm. When not in office hours calls will be logged, our team will deal with requested as soon as possible on return.
If any faults cannot be resolved over the phone, we will aim to send a local engineer out within 48 hours to repair or replace - Outside dish, LNB receiver, Cables and wiring inside and outside of the property, Sky HD box, Sky standard box, Sky plus box, Sky remote controls.
There will be no limit to the amount of times you can call us out. So you have complete peace of mind knowing that all your equipment will be fixed no matter how many times it failes on you. Find out more about our services in our FAQs section below.
There are two options of payment our customers can opt for when taking out maintenance cover for their satellite equipment. We offer an annual payment of just £99 or a monthly direct debit option. With the monthly direct option it is 1 month payment of £25 which will be your first months payment followed by 11 monthly payments of £8.29.

Refund Policy - Should you wish to cancel your maintenance agreement, a refund will only be offered within 14 days of receiving your policy.
